Tom has been involved in the financial services industry since 1978. He was the founder and a WealthAdvocate™ for FirstWave Financial from 1995 until it joined with Savant in 2024. Prior to founding FirstWave, Tom was a founding director of a local CPA firm.
Tom earned a bachelor of science in business administration degree in accounting from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He holds an inactive status as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). Tom is an author, writer, and speaker.
Tom serves on the leadership team of the Space Coast Region of the Porsche Club of America. He is an elder, leader, and community choir member at Trinity Wellsprings Church, and he is a member of the Beachside Strummers Ukulele Club.
